What is AfterPay and how does it work?

Afterpay is a third party company that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in 4 equal payments made every 2 weeks without any added interest. To learn more about Afterpay, click here.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can also choose to pay with Google Pay, Amazon Pay or PayPal. Your method of payment will be charged once your order has been confirmed.

For your convenience, you can also choose to pay in interest-free installments with Afterpay.

Do you offer plus sizes?

All of our styles are stocked in a full and inclusive size range.

What to know about orders shipping internationally

Orders shipped to out of the US are subject to US and International import-export laws. Therefore, while Wildkind will take care of setting up the shipment with the carrier (usually UPS, USPS, FexEx or DHL) and add the legally required customs paperwork, the customer is responsible to pay any additional duties, taxes and/or fees that become due upon entry into the destination country. How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

Our standard shipping is 5-7 business days. However, most orders arrive even sooner than that!

If you want your items to arrive in a real jiffy, consider upgrading to one of our expedited shipping options.

What is your return/exchange policy?

US orders:

We offer a 30-day free exchange policy. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can exchange your order, free of charge - shipping on us.

Returns are accepted within 30 days and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items are required to be returned with the original packaging, tags and in brand-new, unworn condition.

International orders:

Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not offer free shipping/returns on international orders. We will, however, accept returns if the item is shipped back to our warehouse.
