What is AfterPay and how does it work?

Afterpay is a third party company that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in 4 equal payments made every 2 weeks without any added interest. To learn more about Afterpay, click here.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can also choose to pay with Google Pay, Amazon Pay or PayPal. Your method of payment will be charged once your order has been confirmed.

For your convenience, you can also choose to pay in interest-free installments with Afterpay.

Do you offer plus sizes?

All of our styles are stocked in a full and inclusive size range.

What to know about orders shipping internationally

Orders shipped to out of the US are subject to US and International import-export laws. Therefore, while Wildkind will take care of setting up the shipment with the carrier (usually UPS, USPS, FexEx or DHL) and add the legally required customs paperwork, the customer is responsible to pay any additional duties, taxes and/or fees that become due upon entry into the destination country. For information on shipping and returns for international orders, please see our dedicated "Return and exchange policy."

How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

Our standard shipping is 5-7 business days. However, most orders arrive even sooner than that!

If you want your items to arrive in a real jiffy, consider upgrading to one of our expedited shipping options.

What is your return/exchange policy?

US orders:

We offer a 30-day free exchange policy. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can exchange your order, free of charge - shipping on us.

Returns are accepted within 30 days and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items are required to be returned with the original packaging, tags and in brand-new, unworn condition.

If you'd like to initiate a exchange/return, please reach out to us at support@wildkindlife.com and a member of our customer success team will be happy to assist you initiate the exchange/return.

International orders:

Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not offer free shipping/returns on international orders. We will, however, accept returns if the item is shipped back to our warehouse.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. But if you're having trouble tracking your order, don't hesitate to drop us a line via email at support@wildkindlife.com.

How much does shipping cost?

That's an easy one - we're currently offering free shipping on all orders of $49 and more!

Product Details

Materials
Double-layer cloth mask is made from soft 100% washable cotton. PM2.5 filters are made from 100% polyester.

Wash & Care
Masks are reusable and should be washed by hand or on a delicate run in the washing machine. Hang to dry/low temperature in dryer and iron at low temperature.
Filters are not washable.

How to Wear it
The mask should be adjusted to fit snugly using the adjustable ear loops and should sit comfortably against the side of your face. If wearing daily, we recommend the filters be replaced every 7 days to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Dimensions
Protective masks are one-size masks with adjustable earloops to ensure a snug fit.

How layered carbon filters work
Particulate Matter (PM) are microscopic bits floating in the air that can be inhaled into the lungs, including viruses and bacteria. PM2.5 masks can be up to 95% effective in filtering air particles to ensure maximum protection.

Disclaimer: This is NOT an N-95 mask or surgical mask. This mask is not intended for medical use. The use of this face covering is not a guarantee against infection or the transmission of viruses or diseases. This mask is intended to be used in addition to practicing CDC recommendations of hand-washing and social distancing.
